SHIPPING
WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?
Currently, we only ship within the United States of America. We ship to all 50 states. At this time, we do not ship to any US territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, etc.). We are excited to bring our products to other countries and territories, which we are currently working on.
Our products are shipped from the US via a secure, tracked shipping method.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes; we kindly ask you to provide a physical address. We do not offer package rerouting, pick-ups, or refunds on items shipped to hotels or other temporary locations.
Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
We only ship on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed before 1:00 pm EST will be processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Fridays will be processed the next business day, which is Monday.
During certain peak times, including holidays and promotional periods, orders may take up to 3-5 business days to process and ship. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We estimate that you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date depending on your location.
Please note you may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer free complimentary shipping for orders in the US (excludes territories).
SHIPPING DAMAGE
If your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please save the shipping
box, the Artemis products, and its outer white cardboard packaging, and email us at shipping@artemisofficial.com immediately to notify us of the damage.
Once the package has left our warehouse, the shipping carrier is responsible for it. We are not
liable for packages lost or stolen during transit / upon arrival. We kindly advise you to file a claim
via the courier’s website.
