No, our formulas do not contain synthetic fragrances, parabens, phthalates, essential oils, artificial dyes, or other commonly irritating ingredients.
Our formulas are all developed with skin-sensitivity in mind. We only select skin-beneficial ingredients that have a low likelihood of causing irritation.
Yes, our products are cruelty-free and vegan. We do not test on animals and our formulas do not contain any animal-derived ingredients.
Our products are developed and manufactured in the United States of America.

SHIPPING
Currently, we only ship within the United States of America. We ship to all 50 states.
At this time, we do not ship to any US territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, etc.)
We are excited to bring our products to other countries and territories, which we are currently working on.
We only ship on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the next business day. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days.
We estimate that you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date depending on your location.
Please note you may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.
We offer free complimentary shipping for orders in the continental US.

RETURNS
If you would like to return your Artemis purchase, you have thirty (30) days after the order has been delivered to initiate a return. All returns will be refunded to the original payment method used to process the order.
For health protection and hygiene reasons product(s) must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original cardboard outer packaging, which must remain sealed and thereby unopened.

We're sorry, but we do not offer exchanges at this time.
Please be advised, if you choose to return your product(s) for a refund, you will be responsible for shipping your product back to us. Please arrange a return shipment using a carrier of your choice. The shipping cost will be nonrefundable.
Once the product(s) arrives at our warehouse, please allow 2 weeks to process your return. A credit will appear on your statement within 14 business days, depending on your financial institution.
