RETURN & REFUND POLICY
30 DAY RETURNS
If you would like to return your Artemis purchase, you have thirty (30) days after the order has been delivered to initiate a return. All returns will be refunded to the original payment method used to process the order.
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@artemisofficial.com within thirty (30) days after delivery to inform us which products you would like to return. In this email, please include the following information: order number, product(s) you would like to return, name, phone number, email address, and delivery address.
*For health protection and hygiene reasons product(s) must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original cardboard outer packaging, which must remain sealed and thereby unopened. We would not be able to resell or repurpose the product(s) once opened or used. Unfortunately, returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted or refunded.
*Please be advised, if you choose to return your product(s) for a refund, you will be responsible for shipping your product back to us. Please arrange a return shipment using a carrier of your choice. The shipping cost will be nonrefundable.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return request is approved, please return the product within 7 business days of receiving the approval.
Please also choose an appropriate cardboard shipping box for your return item(s).
REFUNDS
Artemis maintains the right to deny approval of a refund for items that are believed to have been opened or previously used.
Once the product(s) arrives at our warehouse, please allow 2 weeks to process your return. If your return is approved, a credit will appear on your statement within 14 business days, depending on your financial institution.
*Refunds for Orders Made Using Shop Pay Installments: If you request a refund for an order that you have made monthly payments for, please note that any interest already paid is not refundable.
EXCHANGES
We're sorry, but we do not offer exchanges at this time.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please save the shipping box, the Artemis products, and their outer white cardboard packaging, and email us at returns@artemisofficial.com.
To assure prompt resolution, please be prepared to provide the following: Order number, shipping label, pictures of any damaged areas of the box, pictures of all packing materials and any damaged items. These images are required to assist in the replacement of items, and we may be unable to complete a replacement if the original packaging is not available.
